After 20+ hours of air time and 5 hours of driving time, I’m here. I won’t be updating very much, though, mostly words… not many photos… due to the internet situation (which, I’m thankful for, a 7-week major break from technology, what would be better?)
Day one and not much to update you on.
Lots of reading, writing in the journal and solitude to come. Each day is going to bring new adventures.
I like seeing monkeys out the kitchen window. At least for now ; )

i could have warned you about the internet thing…being charged by usage and all. sorry.
also, please eat as much peppadew flavored food that you can possibly get your hands on. and bring me some.
